This stunning sparkling rose wine is intense, decisive, profound and greatly elegant. The first fermentation in stainless stell tank. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle for 40-50 days in the Colombo's cellar, followed by permanence on the lees for a minimum period of 60 months. Traditional riddling on pupitres and disgorging a la glace. Ageing takes place in the bottle.
Produced by a vineyard that in the heart of Piedmont, Italy, that make a handful wines with great care. These wines are made in small volumes each year and revered locally but seldom exported.
