Pale yellow colour, with green reflection, a typical scent with distinctive hints of melon, peach and tomato leaves, with a dry, decisive and considerably persistent flavour. Paring: Ideal with herb-based first courses, such as risotto and field herbs or asparagus, hop sprouts. It pairs very well with shellfish, well-seasoned cured ham and with some alpine cheese. Try it with vegetarian or vegan dishes such as a salad with fennel, tomatoes or peppers or creative salads.
